Toby joined NHSIL in November 2007 after working with the Department of Health for two years to assist with managing the NHS network of Innovation Hubs and developing operations for the newly formed National Innovations Centre. Toby also held a research analyst position in the business development office in an Australian university and for institutional portfolio clients in several London investment banks.
