Joanne joined NHS Innovations London as Corporate Communications Manager in July 2009. Before joining NHSIL, Joanne worked as Customer Communications Manager at Virgin Media where she successfully managed the cross-sell of Virgin Mobile products to the Virgin Media customer base. Prior to this role, she worked in European Marketing Communications with the international Biotechnology company Invitrogen.

Along with her industry experience, Joanne has an MSc in Public Relations and Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Studies.
