Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) Catheter

This novel dual lumen CTO allows the precise and reproducible passage of a guidewire through a blockage or occlusion in a blood vessel.

Fig 1 shows the multiple lumens of the CTO catheter device and the splay tip.

Fig A shows a typical probing pattern using standard techniques. Fig B shows the CTO catheter probing pattern covering a wider area of CTO cap, increasing the chance of sourcing a crossing point.
