Team Tool™

Team Tool™ is an innovative web based software that manages and monitors core healthcare standards within the Trust. It consists of an annual cycle of learning / audit tools that cover the "must dos" derived from standards produced by Healthcare Commission, NHSLA, Essence of Care and others.
The teams electronically complete the audits for relevant monthly domains and results can be provided within the first week of the following month. This enables the Trust to plan corporate actions immediately.
It provides answers to some of the commonly asked questions like:
