Xcelerate^™ Health Outcomes uses the relationships that NHSIL have established within the Trusts to get access to leading clinicians in their fields. Our dedicated team of liaison staff and the communications team generate awareness in the Trusts of our activities and are active in setting up clinical meetings, advisory panels building up inside knowledge of the hospitals whom NHSIL serves. This makes identification of the relevant hospital specialists and research staff much easier when we want input into health outcome studies, especially the clarification of clinical pathways and how best to structure the study to achieve the relevant and appropriate endpoints.

Access is not just confined to clinicians and medical staff but to trust management, financial and executive staff. With a continuing emphasis on cost effectiveness and cost savings within the NHS, obtaining and understanding costing data and how financial management view new healthcare interventions is crucial in building up business cases for product adoption in the NHS.
