Our relationship with the Trusts

Many of London's Trusts are rightly respected as centres of excellence with an international reputation for pioneering innovative approaches to medicine. NHS Innovations London (NHSIL) is proud and privileged to work alongside the London Trusts. Its close relationship with them gives NHSIL unique insight into which innovations are needed and can make a genuine difference.  

The Xcelerate^™ Health Outcomes team use this well established relationship to engage effectively with the Trusts, clinicians and research staff in a number of ways.

We are able to quickly identify centres and investigators who will help carry out Health Outcomes studies and process all the necessary approval and accompanying documentation.

NHSIL provide quarterly training courses to the Trusts and through these training programmes we also help the Trusts decipher Health Economics so they can apply this increasingly important discipline in their day to day business.

Through the NHSIL's unique innovations evaluation process we also apply Health economics evaluation to their innovations at early stage of the process to establish their cost effectiveness and build a stronger business case for commercialisation.
