Nail Clipper Enables Hemiplegics to Cut Nails on Both Hands

This nail clipper is operated by foot. It has a leg strap which is linked to the lever on a mounted nail clipper. It allows hemiplegic patients to easily cut the nails on both hands, aiding independent living.
