A: Unfortunately we are a small organisation and as such unable to provide any internship or graduate placements as we do not have the required support mechanisms to support you. All our vacancies are published on our website so please do apply in future should anything meet your qualifications and interest.
Q: What is the closing date for applications?
A: Not all our vacancies will have closing dates attached. This is due to the specialist nature of some of our posts and as such the recruitment campaign is ongoing until a suitable candidate is sourced. To be considered at application stage it is advisable to submit your application as soon as possible. Where a closing date is applied this will be evident on our internet and in our external recruitment campaigns.

Q: Do you sponsor migrants who are skilled workers?
A: We do have the ability to apply for sponsorship for successful applicants under Tier Two General recruitment sponsorship via the points based system (PBS) for a skilled worker. This can be a complex process and if you are successful in application and receive a conditional offer, HR will discuss the process with you as any offer will be pending your right to work in the UK. More details of the PBS can be located on the UK Border Agency site. Please note that the UK Border Agency Regulations are subject to change with minimal notice and can affect future sponsorship agreements.

Q: What is the recruitment process?
A: Once applications and CV's are received they are reviewed by the senior management team against the job description. Once suitable candidates are selected they will be invited to interview. In most instances the process will consist of two stages of interviews. The interview will involve discussing the role with the candidate and how their skills and knowledge meet the requirements. There will also be competency questions that are relevant to the role. Psychometric tests may also be utilised and will be completed on site during the interview process. If individuals are required to complete psychometrics this will be detailed in their invite to interview.
Q: Do you provide feedback to applications?
A: Due to the high number of applications we receive during our recruitment campaigns we are unable to offer feedback at application stage (short listing) to those that have been unsuccessful. Individuals who reach interview stage will be offered feedback on request.
