Xpedite® Ventures Lts (Ltd) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NHS Innovations London (NHSIL).
NHSIL is a four year old company that provides innovation management and business creation services to over 100 hospitals across London. The NHSIL team consists of 20 industry professionals with a mix of R&D, business, IP/legal, health outcomes and financial expertise.
NHSIL now receives over 400 new healthcare innovations disclosures each year in the areas of therapeutics, medical diagnostics, medical devices and healthcare IT.
In response, NHSIL has developed a bespoke rapid de-risking process called Xpedite® Innovation Management that typically eliminates 80% of disclosed projects within seven days in order to validate and focus on early stage development of higher value propositions.
As an FSA authorised and regulated fund management company XVL will remain at arm's length from NHSIL whilst optimising any deal flow opportunities that may arise.
