Xpedite® Ventures Ltd (XVL) is currently fundraising for its first co-investment Fund - the Xpedite® Healthcare Innovations Fund (the Fund).
The Fund has been established to exploit opportunities for seed investments in businesses emerging from the UK's National Health Service (NHS). The Fund will invest in novel healthcare products, technologies and services with high-growth revenue models, where clear evidence of large or high value niche market potential exists and where the fund can add substantial value.
Now the Fund has established its unique £2 million evergreen 'sidecar' co-investment Fund provided by the UK Government's Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) as cornerstone to the Fund, the Fund Manager, is beginning to access interest from a wide range of potential investors and is now seeking further investment aiming to close at £12m in Q1/Q2 of 2011.
IMPORTANT: It is currently too early to apply for funding, XVL is still in fundraising mode, but feel free to contact us with your proposals.
