Paul qualified chartered accountant with KPMG and joined Bankers Trust in their buyout team. After a few years with boutique investment bank Botts & Company he joined EAC to become Senior Partner until 2006. During his career there he led many successful investments either sitting on their Board's as a non executive director or as Chairman. Subsequent to that, and whilst at Silverpoint Capital he became Chairman of E-Synergy Limited, a specialist venture capital company which he relinquished in 2010 to join Hutton Collins, a mezzanine finance provider.
